REQUEST PATHS

Where to send legal requests

If you want to correct records, ask about access, or send a legal notice, use the paths below.

Email request Write to us from the email linked to your account if you want access to records, a correction, or a closure request. We check identity first, then reply with the next steps and any missing detail.
In-account form Use the in-account form for faster routing when your request is tied to a specific page or transaction. Add your account ID and the exact change you want, so we can log it cleanly.
Postal request If you prefer postal mail, send the request with your full name, registered contact, and account details. We match it against our records before any action, then confirm what we can process.
DATA AND ACCESS

How we handle records

Our legal handling is built around three things: only the data we need, only for as long as we need it, and only through verified contact paths.

Data handling

We collect only what is needed to run your account, verify activity, and process payment checks. Transaction references from UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay help us match entries and settle disputes.

Cookie use

Session cookies keep you signed in, remember basic settings, and reduce repeat verification prompts. You can clear them in your browser whenever you like, though some pages may ask you to sign in again.

Account security

We protect account access with password rules, device checks, and sign-in alerts where available. If you see unfamiliar activity, tell us at once so we can pause the session and inspect recent changes.

Record retention

We keep legal and account records only for the period needed for operations, audit, tax, fraud checks, or dispute handling. After that period ends, we delete or archive them under our schedule.

Change requests

Send access, correction, or closure requests from your registered email or the in-account form. We may ask for identity proof before we change anything in the record set.

Local law

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If the rule set changes, we update this page and route your question to the right contact path.

Legal questions we answer here

These answers cover access, records, cookies, changes, and the contact path we use for legal requests. If your case needs another check, we may ask for a match against the registered account before we act on it. That keeps the record clear and helps us reply in a way that fits the request you send. If local law adds another step, we follow that too.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If your location or account details do not fit the rules, we block access or ask for more checks.

We keep the data needed to run your account, process payments, verify activity, and handle disputes. That can include contact details, device signals, and transaction references tied to UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay.

Cookies keep you signed in, remember basic settings, and protect sessions from misuse. You can clear them in your browser any time, though some pages may ask you to sign in again.

Send a message from your registered email or use the in-account form. Tell us exactly what you want corrected, and we may ask for identity proof before we update records.

We keep account and legal records only for the period needed for operations, tax, audit, fraud checks, or dispute handling. After that, we delete or archive them under our retention schedule.

Use the support paths listed here for access, correction, closure, or a legal question. We route each request to the right team and reply with the next steps after verification.
